Cookies Policy of inteliq.pl

Version 1.1 dated 5 May 2026 (replaces version of 4 June 2025).

This is the English translation of the Polish cookies policy. In case of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version prevails as the binding text.

This Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website operated at inteliq.pl (hereinafter: the „Website"). It complements the Privacy Policy and, together with it, sets out the terms on which Inteliq Group sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: the „Controller") processes data related to the use of the Website.

1. Nature of cookies

Cookies are small text files saved by an internet browser on the User's end device (computer, phone, tablet) while using websites. They allow a website to recognise the device on subsequent visits and to retain certain information, in particular language selection, protection against automated attacks, and — subject to consent — data for anonymous traffic measurement.

2. Legal basis

The use of cookies is based on:

Article 173(1) of the Polish Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004 (User's consent for cookies that go beyond what is necessary for the operation of the Website);
Article 173(3) of that act (no consent required for cookies necessary to perform the transmission or to provide a service expressly requested by the User);
Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), i.e. the legitimate interest of the Controller in maintaining the security of the Website — for necessary cookies;
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject) — for analytical and marketing cookies, where introduced.

3. Categories of cookies used

Cookies used on the Website fall into three categories:

Necessary — required for the proper operation of the Website, set without the need for consent.
Analytical — measurement of traffic and User behaviour to improve the Website (Google Analytics 4). Set only after consent is given via the mechanism described in Section 6.
Marketing — as of the entry into force of this Policy, not in use. The category remains in the consent mechanism in case advertising tools are introduced in the future; without explicit User consent, marketing cookies are not used.

The list is updated on an ongoing basis; date of last update: 5 May 2026.

Analytical cookies are not set until consent is given — they will only be placed on the User's device after clicking „Accept all" or the corresponding option in the „Customize" panel of the cookies banner. The mechanism uses Google Consent Mode v2 with the default setting analytics_storage: denied.

5. Third parties

Cookies originating from third parties listed in the table (Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC) require an acknowledgement of the possibility of transferring data outside the European Economic Area. The rules of transfers and the safeguards applied are described in the international transfers section of the Privacy Policy.

In particular:

Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) provides content delivery network (CDN) and security services; transfers take place under the Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR);
Google LLC (Mountain View, USA) provides the Google Analytics 4 service; transfers take place under the European Commission's adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) and Standard Contractual Clauses. Within Google Analytics 4 we apply IP anonymisation and minimise the data scope (e.g. Google Signals disabled until a separate marketing consent is introduced).

6. Managing cookies

On the first visit to the Website, the User is presented with a banner with information on the use of cookies and the possibility to give consent. The banner offers three actions:

„Accept all" — granting consent to analytical and marketing cookies (where marketing cookies are introduced in the future);
„Only necessary" — refusing consent for cookies other than necessary;
„Customize" — granular selection of categories in a separate panel.

The choice made by the User is saved in the cookie inteliq_consent for 12 months. After this period elapses, the User is asked again for consent.

Withdrawal of given consent is performed via the „Manage consent" link located in the footer of every page. Withdrawal of consent has effect for the future; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Independently of the banner, the User may at any time delete cookies via browser settings or completely block their acceptance. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent the use of certain Website functions.

For matters concerning the processing of personal data, including the rights of data subjects, the Privacy Policy applies. Use of the Website is also governed by the Terms of Service.
